Hio Miyazawa is a Japanese actor and model who began his entertainment career in 2015 after winning the Grand Prix in the thirtieth Men's Non-No magazine model audition, becoming an exclusive model for the publication. He made his acting debut in 2017 with a role in the TBS drama series Dr. Storks. Born on April 24, 1994, in San Francisco, California, he was raised in Tokyo and is a graduate of International Christian University. He is the son of musician Kazufumi Miyazawa, the former lead vocalist of the band The Boom, and tarento Dionne Mitsuoka.

Miyazawa expanded into voice acting in 2022, marking his debut in the medium with the lead roles in two interconnected anime films. He provided the voice for the protagonist Koyomi Takasaki in the film Boku ga Aishita Subete no Kimi e (To Every You I've Loved Before) and also voiced the character Koyomi Hidaka in the companion film Kimi o Aishita Hitori no Boku e (To the Solitary Me Who Loved You).

While his voice acting work is currently defined by these two films, Miyazawa has built a substantial career in live-action film and television. He has received numerous accolades for his performances, including the Newcomer of the Year award at the 45th Japan Academy Film Prize for his role in the 2021 film Kiba: The Fang of Fiction. He also won the Best Supporting Actor award at the 16th Asian Film Awards for his performance in the 2023 film Egoist. Other notable live-action roles include appearances in the television dramas Fake Affair and the NHK morning serial dramas Yell and Chimudondon, as well as films such as The Legend & Butterfly and Moonlight Shadow.
