Luigi Scribani is an Italian voice actor born in Turin on January 9, 1969, who has been active in the dubbing industry since at least the early 2000s. He is based in Rome, where he moved in 2004, and is also known professionally as Gigi Scribani.

Scribani is prominently known for his long-standing association with the Dragon Ball franchise, providing the Italian voice for the character Krillin. He inherited the role from previous voice actresses, voicing Krillin in the later episodes of Dragon Ball Z starting from the Majin Buu saga, and continuing in Dragon Ball GT and Dragon Ball Super. This long-term commitment to the character is a defining feature of his career. He reprised this role most recently in the 2022 film Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero, directed by Giorgio Bassanelli Bisbal at the CDR dubbing studio.

Beyond Krillin, Scribani's voice work in anime and animation is extensive. He was the first Italian voice of Heiji Hattori in the long-running series Detective Conan. His other notable anime roles include Bugsy in Flint, a spasso nel tempo, the Computer Club President in La malinconia di Haruhi Suzumiya, and the character Minimus P.U. in Atomic Betty. He also voiced Pidge, the pilot of the Green Lion, in the animated series Voltron. His work extends to animated films, where he has voiced characters such as Toulouse-Lautrec in Dililì a Parigi and Tsunehisa Senko in Hello World.

In addition to animation, Scribani has a robust career dubbing live-action films and television series. He is the Italian voice of actor Fisher Stevens as Hugo Baker in the acclaimed series Succession. He also dubbed Will Arnett as George Oscar Gob Bluth in the later seasons of Arrested Development. His film credits include voicing the character Starscream in the first three live-action Transformers films directed by Michael Bay. He has also dubbed actors in major Hollywood productions, such as Željko Ivanek in The Bourne Legacy, Peter Jacobson in White House Down, and Patrick Fugit in Spun.
