Yutaka Koizumi is a Japanese voice actor born on May 31, 1977, in Kanagawa Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent management company Pro-Fit and is a fourth-generation graduate of the Pro-Fit Voice Actor's Training School.

Koizumi's career includes a range of supporting and lead roles in anime television series and films. One of his prominent early leading roles was as the protagonist Tatsuhiro Sato in the 2006 television series Welcome to the NHK. He also provided voices for several characters in the 2007 series Night Wizard The Animation, including Longinus and a character named Koizumi. His other television credits from this period include roles in Rizelmine, Romeo x Juliet, and B Gata H Kei.

Koizumi is perhaps best known for his role as the enigmatic antagonist Sanetoshi Watase in the 2011 surrealist series Penguindrum.
