Arisa Sekine is a Japanese voice actress affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production. She was born on November 1st in Gunma Prefecture. Sekine was inspired to pursue a career in voice acting by the performance of voice actor Hiroshi Shimono, which sparked her ambition to portray cool and composed young male characters. She began her professional activities in the voice acting industry during the 2010s.

Her career includes a variety of roles in television anime, animated films, and video games. She made her debut in anime with a small role in the 2016 series Bakuon. In the years following, she has taken on a range of supporting and guest roles in long-running and popular series. These include parts in One Piece, various installments of the Pokemon anime, My Hero Academia, Black Clover, GeGeGe no Kitaro, and Dr. Stone.

In the 2021 anime series Digimon Ghost Game, Sekine voices Aoi Udagawa, a friend of one of the main characters. She is also the voice of Nono Fujimaru, the operator of the Yuba Squad, in the third season of World Trigger. Another of her roles is Rina Kanzaki in the 2024 romantic comedy series Maarui Kanojo to Zannen na Kareshi. Additional notable performances include characters such as a young Yuno in Black Clover and roles in the Birdie Wing: Golf Girls' Story anime series.

Sekine has also contributed her voice to several video games, including Super Robot Wars T, Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot, and Xenoblade Chronicles 3. She is known for her versatility, frequently playing young boys, girls, and child characters, as well as providing voices for foreign-language dubs. Her hobbies include collecting items with star motifs and playing basketball.
