Rian Toda is a Japanese voice actress and actress associated with the talent agency Swallow. She was born on May 7, 2005, in Tokyo, Japan. Her hobbies and skills include kendo, playing the piano, and singing.

Toda's entry into the professional voice acting world came through a public contest. In 2020, she was selected from an open audition process, the Tokyo Mew Mew New Seiyū Idol Auditions, which were held via an app and were open to females from elementary school age up to 30 years old. Her selection led to her first and most prominent voice acting role.

She is primarily known for voicing Pudding Fong in the 2022 anime series Tokyo Mew Mew New, a reboot of the early 2000s magical girl franchise. She reprised this role for the anime's second season, which premiered in 2023. In addition to her voice work, Toda was a member of Smewthie, a J-pop idol unit formed by the five main cast members of the anime. With Smewthie, she performed the opening and ending theme songs for the series. She also performed an insert song for the show in her character role as Pudding Fong.

Beyond her work in animation, Toda has also appeared in live-action television. In 2021, she had a guest-starring role as a high school girlfriend in the drama Promise Cinderella.
