Iku Minase is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, born on January 4 and affiliated with the talent agency Mouvement. She is a graduate of the Entertainment Media Comprehensive Academy. Minase holds teaching qualifications, including first-kind licenses for both kindergarten and elementary school, and has passed the秘书技能检定 (secretarial skills test) Grade 2. Her personal interests include singing, listening to music, watching films, visiting cafes, and traveling alone, while her特长 (special skills) include playing piano and trumpet, nail art, and massage.

Minase's career in anime began in 2014 with a small role as a village girl in the series Mushishi: The Next Chapter. She continued to gain experience with supporting roles in major productions, such as providing voice work for the character Ichiro in Gintama. in 2017 and voicing a female bystander in Lupin III Part 5 in 2018. Also in 2018, she contributed to the series Megalo Box, providing a report voice. In 2020, she was heard as the public address announcement voice in the theatrical anime Burn the Witch.

Minase's most prominent role to date came in 2021 when she was cast as the voice of Loa in the Japanese-language dub of the Netflix original anime series Pacific Rim: The Black. Loa is the artificial intelligence system for the Jaeger known as Atlas Destroyer, playing a key supporting role in the series. This role marked a significant credit in an internationally co-produced series.
