"Pacific Rim: The Black" is set in a world where humanity is under constant threat from monstrous creatures known as Kaiju, which emerge from an interdimensional rift. Mei’s presence complicates their mission, as she is pursued by both human and Kaiju forces.

As the siblings traverse the dangerous landscape, they face numerous challenges, including rogue Jaegers, hostile survivors, and evolving Kaiju.
