Lavinia Paladino

Lavinia Paladino is an Italian voice actor known for her work in dubbing anime series and films for the Italian market. Born in Vibo Valentia in 1988, she developed an early interest in performance, but pursued her education concurrently with her artistic training. She graduated in law from the University of Siena in 2017, and during her university years, she became involved in theatre, joining the workshop TeatrO2. Her entry into the world of dubbing was facilitated by renowned voice actor Claudio Sorrentino, who provided her with some of her first opportunities in the recording studio.

Paladino has built a substantial career providing the Italian voices for a wide array of characters in animated productions. In anime, she is prominently recognized for voicing protagonist Yumeko Jabami in the series Kakegurui and its second season. Her other significant anime roles include Mei Kamino in Godzilla Singular Point, Ruka Watanabe in the film BELLE, Miu in Fortune Favors Lady Nikuko, and Hayley Travis in Pacific Rim: The Black. She also voiced Lilia in Monster Hunter Stories RIDE ON, Rie Yamabishi in the Spriggan ONA, Lah Kara in the Star Wars: Visions episode The Ninth Jedi, and Marielle in The Ancient Magus' Bride. Her anime filmography further includes roles in Carole & Tuesday as Cybelle, INU-OH as Hino Nariko, and The Seven Deadly Sins: Cursed by Light as the Supreme Deity.

Beyond anime, her voice work in animation extends to the titular character in the series Carmen Sandiego and the character Yi in the film Smallfoot. Paladino is also active in dubbing live-action content, providing the Italian voice for actors such as Daisy Edgar-Jones in Normal People and Fresh, and Abigail Cowen in Fate: The Winx Saga.
