Erika Ishitobi is a Japanese voice actor and former model affiliated with the agency Holy Peak. She was born in Saitama Prefecture on May 9, 1997. Her journey in the entertainment industry began when she participated in the fourth Popteen model audition in December 2012, where she received the POP Model Award and subsequently worked as a reader model for the magazine until she graduated from high school.

In 2016, Ishitobi transitioned to a career as a voice actor, joining Holy Peak. A significant part of her early career involved being an inaugural member of the voice actor idol unit Purely Monster, a joint project between Holy Peak and Amuse, starting in May 2017. She remained active with the group until her graduation in November 2021. During this period, she also took on roles such as a "shinjin joshi manager" for the official Monster Hunter fan site Monhan-bu in 2017, further expanding her presence in fan communities.

Ishitobi's career is marked by several notable voice roles across anime, film, and video games. In 2021, she was cast as Saho Mizuo in the television anime The Honor Student at Magic High School. She is also known for voicing Misao Kiyomi in the Idol Bu Show franchise, a role announced in 2019 that led to her appearance in the 2022 animated film Idol Bu Show. A prominent recurring role is Haruka Igusa in the Blue Archive multimedia franchise, starting with the mobile game in 2021 and reprising the role for the 2024 anime adaptation Blue Archive The Animation. Her filmography also includes parts in series such as A Centaur's Life in 2017 and Hortensia Saga in 2021, as well as video games like Metal Max Xeno, Spirit Hunter: Death Mark, and Famicom Detective Club: The Girl Who Stands Behind.

Beyond voice acting, Ishitobi has demonstrated her versatility through stage performances. She appeared in the 2020 stage production Assault Lily The Fateful Gift, playing the role of Renka Iijima. Her work has also extended to radio, where she has served as a personality. In 2021, she publicly announced that she had been diagnosed with sudden deafness, and later that year, she graduated from Purely Monster to focus on her individual career as a voice actor and performer.
