Rafael Parra is a Spanish voice actor known for his work in European Spanish dubs of animated series, films, and video games. He has been active in the dubbing industry since at least 2001.

Parra has provided the Spanish voice for a variety of characters in anime and animated productions. He voiced Louis in the second season of the anime series BEASTARS. In the film Resident Evil: Degeneration, he is the voice of Curtis Miller. His other notable voice roles in animation include Melman in the Madagascar franchise. He has also contributed additional voices to Spanish animated films such as Las aventuras de Tadeo Jones and Buffalo Kids.

In addition to his work in animation, Parra has an extensive career dubbing live-action content. He is the regular Spanish voice for actors including Donald Glover, Michael C. Hall, and Rupert Grint. He has also dubbed characters in video games, such as voicing John Stewart / Green Lantern in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.

Parra has recurring collaborations within the Spanish dubbing industry, particularly in video game localization. He has consistently voiced the characters Jimmy T and 18-Volt in the European Spanish versions of the WarioWare series, starting with WarioWare Gold. He also voices the Talking Flowers in Super Mario Bros. Wonder and has voiced Zazz in the Sonic the Hedgehog series.
