Description
Curtis Miller, born circa 1970, worked as a physician until the 1998 Raccoon City Destruction Incident killed his wife and child. Devastated, he joined TerraSave, channeling grief into anti-bioterrorism activism. His aggressive tactics—including harassing WP Corporation over their BSL-4 facility—forced TerraSave to expel him to dodge legal fallout.
Isolated in Harvardville, Miller’s psyche fractured. His radicalization deepened upon meeting Dr. Frederic Downing, an ex-Umbrella scientist trafficking bioweapons. Downing weaponized Miller’s trauma, feeding him classified Raccoon City intel to frame him for orchestrating a t-Virus outbreak. Blinded by vengeance, Miller believed their alliance would unveil systemic corruption, unaware Downing engineered his downfall.
In November 2005, Miller unleashed t-Virus carriers at Harvardville Airport, accelerating Cannibal Disease spread. He then breached WP Corporation’s Air Dome Laboratory, where Downing supplied a G-Virus sample, deceitfully framing it as a tool for rebellion. Miller self-administered the virus, triggering catastrophic mutations that amplified his physical power and regenerative capacity while warping his cognition. Residual memory fragments drove him to pursue his sister, Angela Miller, as a grotesque mating target.
Military forces failed to neutralize him despite gunfire and structural damage. As the lab’s incineration protocols activated, Miller briefly regained clarity mid-collapse, begging Angela to escape before the G-Virus reclaimed control. A final clash plunged him into a chasm; his corpse, consumed by flames, was later retrieved by Tricell.
Miller sought to expose Raccoon City’s真相 and halt bioweapon collusion, his crusade warped by grief and Downing’s machinations. His metamorphosis into a bioweapon epitomized the intersection of personal tragedy and systemic betrayal, rendering him neither purely villain nor victim within bioterrorism’s moral labyrinth.
