Eilias Changuel is a French actor primarily known for his extensive work in dubbing, providing the French voices for numerous characters in live-action films, television series, animated features, and video games. His career is marked by a significant presence in the French-language versions of major international productions.

Changuel has voiced a wide array of characters in animation and video games. Notably, he has taken on roles within the Star Wars and Transformers franchises. He voiced the character Tajin in the Star Wars: Visions animated series and provided the French voice for the iconic Decepticon leader Megatron in the Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy, specifically in the Siege and Earthrise chapters. His work in video games includes lending his voice to prominent characters such as Marcus Holloway in Watch Dogs 2, Solus zos Galvus / Emet-Selch in Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood, and Miles Morales in Marvel's Spider-Man and Marvel's Spider-Man: Miles Morales. His animated film credits also include roles in Disney features such as Raya and the Last Dragon (as Dang-Hai), Lightyear (as Mo Morrison), as well as Over the Moon (as Ba-Ba) and the animated feature Mars Express (as Gilbert).

In addition to these roles, Changuel has built a substantial career as a dubbing voice for many English-language actors. He is the regular French voice for actors including LaKeith Stanfield, Alan Ritchson, Regé-Jean Page, and Henry Golding, among many others. Beyond character work, Changuel has served as the off-camera station voice for the French television channel TCM Cinéma since September 2017 and for the radio station Radio Nova since February 2022.
