Ruud Drupsteen is a Dutch actor, voice actor, and voice director, born on 20 March 1953. His career encompasses both on-screen roles in Dutch television series and an extensive body of work in voice-over for animated productions, films, and video games.

As a voice actor, Drupsteen has lent his voice to a wide array of characters in numerous animated series and films. His credits include providing the Dutch voice of Courage in Courage the Cowardly Dog, Cobra Bubbles in Lilo & Stitch: The Series, Kim Possible's father in Kim Possible, and various characters in The Powerpuff Girls, such as Him and the Mayor. He also voiced roles in feature film dubs, including The Incredibles, the Shrek sequels, The Princess and the Frog, and The Boss Baby.
