Description
The Elder, an ancient and enigmatic dark side adept, crosses paths with Jedi Master Tajin Crosser and Padawan Dan during their mission to uncover a Force disturbance on a desolate world. Though his origins are shrouded, his archaic Sith-aligned ship and cryptic remarks hint at a fractured past allegiance. He openly disdains the Sith Order’s ceaseless power struggles and self-destructive ambition, claiming to have forsaken their doctrines to pursue solitary mastery of the dark side and martial prowess.

His weathered frame belies a menacing presence: a near-bald scalp adorned with four thin braids, a stark white handlebar mustache, and a tripartite goatee frame yellowed eyes and teeth that gleam against leathery, deeply creased skin. Twin lightsabers mirror katana blades, their hilts fusing samurai minimalism with Sith severity, while his gnarled hands wield them with lethal precision.

Driven by a dread of fading into oblivion, the Elder hunts worthy challengers to cement his legacy. He baits the Jedi by slaughtering a local beast and provoking Dan into combat, intentionally sparing the apprentice to lure Tajin into a duel. In battle, he combines aggressive dual-blade tactics with defensive bursts of Force lightning, though his aged body betrays him—sluggish reflexes grant Tajin fleeting openings to exploit.

Rejecting Sith dogma, he scorns their fixation on dominion as a fatal blindness to destiny’s call, prioritizing individual mastery over collective ideology. This philosophy collides with Tajin’s emphasis on communal strength and the ephemerality of power, their clash embodying tensions between solitary ambition and interconnected purpose.

Upon defeat, the Elder triggers his ship’s self-destruction, erasing all traces of his history as his corporeal form crumbles into ash or stone—the ambiguity of his demise perpetuating the mystery of his true nature. His final taunts linger, a haunting coda to an unresolved legacy.
