Chiaki Shimogama is a Japanese voice actress and narrator from Nagasaki Prefecture, born on November 29, 1988. She is affiliated with the talent agency LEOPARD STEEL. Shimogama is a graduate of the 14th class of the Shoto Actor's Gymnasium. She began her career using the kanji version of her name, 下釜千昌, before switching to the hiragana rendering, しもがま ちあき, in October 2014 when she joined her current agency after a period as a freelance performer.

Her debut voice role came in 2009 as Edward Thomas in the anime series Before Green Gables. Among her notable anime roles is Mutsumi in the 2010 net animation Chūkan Senshi Mr. Chun. She is also known for her role as Sayaka Honda in the 2016 television series This Art Club Has a Problem. Her filmography includes a wide range of supporting characters in series such as The Dog of Flanders, Tokyo Magnitude 8.0, Yumeiro Patissiere, and the long-running Lililily Fairilu franchise.

In addition to anime, Shimogama has contributed to video games, including a role as Nora in the 2013 game Unbreakable Machine-Doll: Facing "Burnt Red". Her work also extends to foreign language dubbing for television series like iCarly and Babar the Elephant, as well as radio programs and drama CDs. Her personal interests include embroidery and creating crafts from work gloves, and she is skilled in her native Nagasaki dialect.
