He is extensively active in the dubbing industry, known for being the regular French voice for numerous Hollywood actors such as Woody Harrelson, Jeremy Renner, Seann William Scott, Jon Bernthal, and Justin Theroux. His work also includes providing voices for actors like Jason Lee, David Wenham, Paul Bettany, and Patrick Wilson.

In the realm of animation and video games, Pauwels has lent his voice to a wide array of characters. He is a regular in DC Comics productions, dubbing Harvey Dent / Two-Face, notably in the Batman: Arkham video game series, and Shazam in various films and animated series.
