Jean-Pierre Michael is a French actor born on September 21, 1966, in Paris, renowned for his extensive work in both live-action performance and voice acting. He is the son of actor Pierre Michael. His career is deeply rooted in classical theatre; he joined the prestigious Comédie-Française in 1989 and became a full sociétaire, the 490th in the institution's history, performing in over forty stage plays. He departed from the Comédie-Française in 2005 to explore other media, including a leading role as Commander Marc Venturi in the television series RIS police scientifique from 2006 to 2009.

While his on-screen work is notable, Michael is particularly celebrated for his prolific voice acting career. He is the definitive French voice for several major Hollywood stars, most prominently Brad Pitt, Keanu Reeves, Ethan Hawke, and Michael Fassbender.
