Thomas E. Wynn is an American voice actor and creative professional based in New York, known for his work in anime and video game voiceovers. His career began in the sound industry, where he worked as a sound assistant for live and recorded music, a role that evolved into on-set sound mixing for films, television shows, and commercials.

He is best known for his voice role as Makaba in the English dub of the original anime series Fena: Pirate Princess. This Crunchyroll and Adult Swim co-production, animated by Production I.G, premiered in 2021, with Wynn providing the voice for the character Makaba, a member of the samurai crew described as bearing brass knuckles. His involvement in the project was part of the English dub cast that also included Brittany Cox as Fena Houtman and Robb Moreira as Yukimaru.

Beyond his work in anime, Wynn has lent his voice to characters in the video game industry. His video game credits include roles in the detective adventure game Lamplight City and the point-and-click puzzle game Unforeseen Incidents.
