Tomohito Takatsuka is a Japanese voice actor and singer born in Tokyo on August 25, 1992. He is affiliated with the talent agency Mausu Promotion, having been previously represented by YU-RIN PRO until March 2023. His journey into the voice acting industry began during his second year of high school when a friend, after hearing him imitate anime characters, suggested he pursue it as a career. Supported by his parents, he enrolled in a nighttime voice acting school while still attending high school. After graduating from high school, he went to a vocational school but was not selected in its post-graduation audition. He later received an opportunity to audition again for YU-RIN PRO, which he successfully passed, officially launching his career. His debut and breakthrough role came in 2015 when he was cast as Minori Watanabe in the massively popular franchise The iDOLM@STER SideM. This role became a cornerstone of his career, leading to a nickname, Takapi, which originated from a radio show for the series where he was noted as the most serious producer among the cast.

Takatsuka has built a diverse portfolio of anime roles, including several of the titles provided as examples. He voiced Naoyuki Aida in the 2018 television anime 25-Year-Old High School Girl, I Wouldn't Do This with a Kid. In 2019, he took on the role of Sōsei Arakida in Stand My Heroes: Piece of Truth. That same year, he was cast as Yūki Izumi in the anime Fire in His Fingertips -My Childhood Friend is a Fireman-, a role he reprised for its 2021 sequel, Fire in His Fingertips 2 -My Boyfriend is a Fireman-. In 2020, he provided the voice for Roderich in the series The 8th son? Are you kidding me?. More recently, in 2022, he voiced Sirius Hiver in Game World Reincarnation, also known as The Princes Romance Gambit: The Princes Favorite Is the Villainess. Beyond these examples, his filmography includes roles in ALL OUT!!, Hero Classroom, and TheIDOLM@STER SideM: 315 Variety Pack! Made In Passion!.

His work is extensive in video games as well, where he has voiced characters in titles such as Steam Prison, Stand My Heroes, and Wind Boys!. In addition to voice acting, Takatsuka made his debut as a singer under the Dreamusic label in January 2022 with the release of his album Hoshino Oto. He is known to have interests in survival games, collecting models, and visiting ramen shops, and he also has experience playing the drums.
