Maki Tsuruta is a Japanese voice actress from Kumamoto Prefecture, born on April 15. She is affiliated with the talent agency Aoni Production and is a graduate of its associated training school, the Aoni Juku Tokyo School, as a member of its 36th generation. Her career as a voice actor has been active since the 2010s.

Tsuruta is known for her versatility, frequently voicing a wide range of characters from main cast members to numerous supporting and background roles. She is particularly recognized for her work in long-running and popular anime franchises. One of her most prominent roles is in the Netflix animated series Aggretsuko, where she voices multiple characters, including the Director Gori, also known as Section Chief Gori, Tsubone, and Retsuko's mother. Her work on the series also extends to the special Aggretsuko: We Wish You a Metal Christmas.

Her other notable television anime roles include Charlotte Constarche and various other characters in One Piece, as well as parts in Chibi Maruko-chan, Crayon Shin-chan, and Dragon Ball DAIMA. She has also lent her voice to series such as The Duke of Death and His Maid and The Fable.
