Vincent Dussaiwoir is a Belgian actor, born on May 31, 1963, who works primarily in voice acting. He is known for dubbing foreign-language animation and live-action content into French for the European market.

Dussaiwoir is most widely recognized for providing the French voice of the character Haida in the popular Netflix anime series Aggretsuko, a role he reprised for the associated special, Aggretsuko: We Wish You a Metal Christmas. Haida is a hyena accountant and a central character known for his long-standing crush on the show's protagonist, Retsuko.

Beyond his prominent role in Aggretsuko, Dussaiwoir has contributed his voice to other major anime franchises. He voiced the character Newt in the French dub of Lupin III: Part 5. In the long-running Pokémon anime, he is the voice of Professor Amaranth, the leader of Project Mew in Pokémon Journeys: The Series, and also voiced the Mayor of Milyfa in the film Pokémon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle.
