Yasuhiko Tokuyama is a Japanese voice actor and narrator from Osaka Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. He was born on October 26 and is a graduate of the 14th class of the Aoni Juku voice acting and entertainment training school in Osaka.

Tokuyama began his voice acting career in 1998 with a role in the television anime Mamotte Shugogetten. Over the following decades, he has built a career performing in a wide range of anime, video games, and as a narrator for television programs. His work is extensive, often in supporting or recurring roles across long-running series. A notable example of his anime work is the character Daichi Tsutsumi in the series World Trigger. His other significant anime roles include Yosaku and later Brownbeard in One Piece, as well as Heikichi Nakao in Lovely Complex.

In addition to his anime work, Tokuyama has a substantial presence in the video game industry. He is particularly known for his consistent, long-running roles in the Dynasty Warriors franchise by Koei Tecmo, where he provides the voices for the characters Xiahou Yuan and Sun Jian. His game credits also include characters in the Metal Gear Solid series, various One Piece video games, and the Castlevania series.

Tokuyama is also active as a narrator, with his voice featured in a variety of Japanese television programs, documentaries, and commercials. A unique personal skill he has mentioned in profiles is his ability to perform the Cossack dance.
