Kayo Ishida is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the agency Kenyu Office. She was born in Tokyo on June 18, 1986, and is a graduate of the Katsuta Voice Actor Academy and the talk back training school.

Ishida began her career in 2010, with early anime roles including minor characters in Naruto Shippuden and the long-running children's series Shima Shima Tora no Shimajirō. In the years following her debut, she built a portfolio of supporting roles in television animation, video games, and foreign language dubbing for films and series. Notable anime credits from this period include characters in Vividred Operation in 2013 and the series Brave Witches in 2016.

She is recognized for her portrayal of Waltrud Krupinski within the Witches franchise, a role she has voiced in multiple productions. This includes the 2016 television series Brave Witches, as well as the subsequent World Witches Take Off! in 2021. Another prominent role is Rosaria Elenor in the 2020 anime adaptation of Noblesse.

Beyond animation, Ishida has an extensive body of work in video games. Her game credits span a wide variety of titles, including the Japanese dub of Assassin's Creed III as Claudia Auditore, the role of Queen Iseria in Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness, and contributions to major franchises like Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Horizon Forbidden West. In 2023, she voiced the character Nan Yin for the Japanese version of the game Tower of Fantasy. She has also been active in voice-over work for foreign media, providing the Japanese dubbing voice for South Korean actress Lee Si-young in the series Sweet Home.

Ishida continues to be active in the industry, with recent credits including roles in the 2024 anime series Wonderful Precure! and the 2025 series Chuhai Lips: Canned Flavor of Married Women.
