Moemi Otaka, also known by her stage name MoeMi, is a Japanese female voice actor and entertainer. She was born on July 28, 1989, in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan. Her blood type is A, and she is 158 cm tall. She began her career affiliated with UP-FRONT GROUP and KIDS NET before moving to Sony Music Artists. On April 1, 2018, she transferred from Sony Music Artists to L&L Victor Entertainment and officially changed her stage name from Moemi Otaka to MoeMi. She later moved to the agency EARLY WING on April 1, 2024.

Otaka's voice acting career includes a variety of roles in anime television series, original video animations, and video games. One of her early anime roles in 2013 was as Nurse Pink in the series Ikemen Kyūgo-tai Nurse Angels. The same year, she also voiced the character Tsugumi Haraki in the anime Manga Girl. In 2016, she played Viviane Schweinsteiger in the television series Schwarzesmarken. Her other television anime credits include roles in series such as Wanna Be the Strongest in the World, Valvrave the Liberator, and Cardfight!! Vanguard G. She has also contributed to web anime, voicing roles in productions like Blade Runner: Black Lotus in 2021 and 2022. In 2023, she was cast as Yuu in the theatrical anime Amirito no Kyōen.

Otaka is also known for her work in video games, often reprising her roles for related animated adaptations. She voiced the character Moniqa in the 2014 game Azure Striker Gunvolt. When the game was adapted into an original video animation titled Azure Striker Gunvolt: The Anime in 2017, she reprised her role as Moniqa for the Japanese cast. Her connection to the Azure Striker Gunvolt series extended to a side story project; in 2014, she narrated a series of videos titled Azure Striker Gunvolt: Fleeting Memories, which was released as a segment on the developer's YouTube program. Other notable game roles include Judie in Senjou no Wedding, characters in Kaden Shoujo, and Viperia in Schwarzemarken: Akai Kizuna. She is known for her sweet voice quality in her roles.
