Urara Takatsuji

Description
Urara Takatsuji is a Japanese voice actor and former idol, known primarily for her role as Yuki Tojo in the multimedia project 22/7. She was born on April 9 in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. Her career began in December 2016 when she was selected from over 10,000 applicants in an audition for the digital voice actor idol group 22/7, a project produced by Yasushi Akimoto. Upon joining the group, she adopted the stage name Takatsuji Urara.

For the initial period after the group's formation, Takatsuji was not assigned to a main character role and participated in the group's events and B-side songs under the alias Ura no Neko. Her official voice acting debut for a main character came in September 2018 when she was announced as the voice of Yuki Tojo, a character for which she also performed motion capture. She reprised this role in the 2020 television anime series 22/7 and the associated mobile game 22/7 Music Time. Her other voice acting credits under the name Ura no Neko include minor roles in the anime series DIVE!! in 2017 and Seishun Buta Yarō wa Bunny Girl Senpai no Yume o Minai in 2018.

Beyond voice acting, Takatsuji expanded her performance career to include stage acting in 2021. She took on leading roles in several theatrical productions, including Yusha Seyan no Monogatari Nostradamus Otoko no Daiyogen and Kotonoba no Kotoba. She also demonstrated creative initiative by writing and directing a朗读剧 (reading drama) for a 22/7 regular live performance in 2019.

During her time with 22/7, she was a regular on the group's variety and radio programs, such as 22/7 Keisanchu and 22/7 Warikirenai Radio. Her interests, often shared with fans, include a deep passion for anime, particularly the Pretty Cure series, which inspired her to become a voice actor, as well as Vocaloid music and VTubers. She was known to be close friends with fellow voice actors Mayu Mineta, Mia from the band Sangatsu no Phantasia, and singer YURiKA.

In November 2021, Takatsuji's contract with 22/7 was terminated due to a breach of contract involving unauthorized absences from work and inability to be contacted. This marked her departure from the group and the conclusion of her activities as the voice of Yuki Tojo.
