Soyogi Toono is the stage name of Tae Okajima, a Japanese voice actress born on October 2 in Kagawa Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent management firm Kenyu Office. In the voice acting industry, she uses her real name, Tae Okajima, for roles in mainstream anime and uses the pseudonym Soyogi Toono specifically for her work in adult visual novels and original video animations (OVAs).

Her career encompasses a wide range of roles, with a significant portion of her work under the Soyogi Toono name being in adaptations of video games and erotic OVAs. One of her most notable and widely recognized roles is as Kotonoha Katsura in the 2007 anime television series School Days and its related OVA and video game adaptations. This character is considered a notable example of the "yandere" archetype in anime.
