Moka Kamishiraishi is a Japanese actress, singer, and voice actor born on February 28, 2000, in Kagoshima Prefecture, Japan. Her career in entertainment began at a young age when she won the 7th Toho Cinderella Audition in 2011 at just 10 years old, making her the youngest Grand Prix winner in the competition's history. This led to her being signed by the talent agency Toho Entertainment. She is the younger sister of actress and singer Mone Kamishiraishi. In addition to her on-screen work, she is also a singer who performs under the stage name adieu.

Kamishiraishi's work as a voice actor, while a facet of her broader career, includes several notable roles in animated films. In 2018, she voiced the main character, a four-year-old boy named Kun, in Mamoru Hosoda's critically acclaimed animated film Mirai. The film was selected for the Directors' Fortnight at the 2018 Cannes Film Festival and later received nominations for awards such as the Golden Globe Award for Best Animated Feature Film. In 2020, she voiced the character Koko in the animated film Pokémon the Movie: Secrets of the Jungle. A more recent voice role is that of the heroine Pechka in the 2025 animated film Toritsukare Otoko, a musical love story for which she also performed songs.

Beyond voice acting, Kamishiraishi has built a substantial career as a live-action actress, appearing in numerous television dramas and films. She made her acting debut in the 2012 television series Bunshin. Her performance in the 2018 film A Forest of Wool and Steel earned her the Newcomer of the Year award at the 42nd Japan Academy Film Prize. Her other prominent roles include the 2021 film One Summer Story, the 2022 NHK morning drama Chimudondon, and the 2023 live-action television series Ya Boy Kongming!. She has also been active as a fashion model and has maintained a singing career, releasing music under the name adieu, with her work including theme songs for anime series.
