Kelly Baskin is an American voice actor born on June 26, 1991, in Atlanta, Georgia. She grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee, where she attended a performing arts high school, which fostered her love for戏剧表演. She furthered her education at Columbia College Chicago, graduating with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in musical theatre. Baskin began her voice acting career in 2014 and later relocated to Los Angeles in August 2016 to pursue it more fully.

Baskin has built a career providing voices for English dubs of anime series and films, as well as for video games. In anime, she is recognized for her work in the D4DJ franchise. She voiced multiple roles in the series D4DJ First Mix, including the characters Airi Amano, who is also known as Café Staff, and Marika Mizushima from the unit Merm4id. Her other anime dubbing credits include roles in Beyblade X as Number Two and Nanase, Digimon Ghost Game as Rin, and The Fragrant Flower Blooms with Dignity as Subaru Hoshina. She has also lent her voice to animated films, such as Agnes Giebenrath in Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM and Deimos in both Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon: Eternal and Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon: Cosmos.

Beyond anime, Baskin has an extensive portfolio in video game voice acting. She is well-known for voicing the character Amber in the popular game Genshin Impact. Her other notable game credits include roles in Arknights as Koyu, Fire Emblem: Heroes as Letizia and Lyre, Disgaea 6 as Melodia, and Shadowverse as Pholia. She also voiced Charlotte de Corday in a version of Honor of Kings. In addition to video games and anime, she has voiced characters in animated series like Rainbow High as Margot De Perla and in the series Badadú.
