Description
Fernando Cabrera is a Spanish voice actor born on May 9, 1969, in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. He is known for his extensive work dubbing foreign-language films and television series into Spanish, particularly for the Spanish market.

Cabrera has lent his voice to a wide array of characters in anime and animated series. In the Pokémon franchise, he is notably the Spanish voice of the character Millo (known as Cilan in other versions), a role he has performed across several series and films. This includes the television series Pokémon: Black and White and Pokémon: Black and White: Rival Destinies, as well as the films Pokémon the Movie: Kyurem VS. The Sword of Justice and other Pokémon movies featuring the character. His other roles within the Pokémon universe include the characters Khoury, Alan, Fiorello Cappuccino, and Harley.

Beyond Pokémon, his anime voice roles are numerous. He voices Bumblebee in the Spanish dub of the animated series Transformers: War for Cybertron Trilogy: Siege and Tiger's Eye in Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Eternal. He is also recognized for his work in long-running series such as Naruto and Naruto Shippūden, where he voices both Gaara and Rock Lee. His other anime credits include roles in Fullmetal Alchemist (as Kain Fuery), D.Gray-man, Digimon Fusion, and Mermaid Melody: Pichi Pichi Pitch.

In addition to his work in anime, Cabrera is a prominent figure in Spanish dubbing for live-action productions. He is perhaps best known as the regular Spanish voice of actor Jim Parsons, providing the voice for Sheldon Cooper in The Big Bang Theory and its prequel Young Sheldon. He is also the Spanish voice of actor Adam Driver in his various roles, including Kylo Ren in the Star Wars sequel trilogy. His other notable dubbing work includes Chris Griffin in Family Guy, Alfredo Linguini in Ratatouille, and characters in live-action series such as Breaking Bad, Desperate Housewives, and Zoey 101.

Cabrera's interest in voice acting began in his childhood, leading him to move from Tenerife to Madrid at the age of twenty-one to pursue formal training. He studied at the Tauros dubbing academy and the TEFA acting school in Madrid. His career path included minor roles in theater and television before he established himself in dubbing, a profession he describes as his vocation. He has cited the character of Sheldon Cooper as a significant milestone in his career, a role that he feels helped him refine his dubbing technique due to the character's complexity.
