Sachi Matsumoto is a Japanese voice actress born on March 29, 1973, in Kyoto Prefecture. She began her career in the 1990s and has been active in the industry for over three decades. Since April 1, 2006, she has been affiliated with the talent agency Kenyu Office, having previously been with Arts Vision.

Matsumoto is widely recognized for her long-standing association with the Doraemon franchise, where she has voiced the character Sewashi (Nobita's great-great-grandson) since 2005. She has reprised this role in numerous television series episodes and animated films, including Stand by Me Doraemon and Stand by Me Doraemon 2, as well as films like Doraemon: Nobita's New Great Adventure into the Underworld and Doraemon: Nobita's Secret Gadget Museum. Her filmography also includes the role of Jiro in the 2006 anime film The Cake Tree in the Ruins (Yakeato no, Okashi no Ki).

In the realm of video games, Matsumoto has achieved significant recognition for her portrayal of Link, specifically the "Toon Link" iteration, and other characters in Nintendo's The Legend of Zelda series. Her credits in this franchise include Link and Aryll in The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker, Link in The Legend of Zelda: Four Swords Adventures, The Legend of Zelda: The Minish Cap, and The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass, as well as the Skull Kid in The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask.
