Nobuhiko Kazama is a Japanese voice actor and narrator. He was born on July 18, 1958, in Nagano Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. His career as a voice actor began in the 1990s.

Kazama has built a career through numerous supporting roles in anime, video games, and tokusatsu productions, in addition to his work as a narrator. Some of his best-known anime roles from this period include the character Gara in the. Slump, and multiple characters in the long-running sports series Slam Dunk, such as the towering center Hanagata Kaoru, as well as Ryu and Nakamura. He also voiced Toma in Dragon Ball GT and provided voices for several characters in the fourth iteration of GeGeGe no Kitaro. In the series Shinken Densetsu Tight Road, he took on the role of Keith Brando.

His voice work also extends to video games and original video animations. He voiced the character Chic in the series Spectral Force and is recognized by fans for his performance as the villain Mathias Cronqvist in the game Castlevania: Lament of Innocence. In the role-playing game Xenosaga Episode I, he provided the voice for Vandham. His work in the tokusatsu genre includes voicing the monster Ebi Nejire in Denji Sentai Megaranger and Okozezeze in B-Fighter Kabuto.
