Miki Inoue is a Japanese voice actress born December 8, 1967, in Wakayama City, Wakayama Prefecture. She is affiliated with the talent management firm Aoni Production. Inoue is a graduate of Kansai Gaidai University and is also an alumnus of the Aoni Production training school, Aoni Juku Osaka branch, where she was part of the sixth graduating class.

Inoue has built a career spanning several decades, with a wide variety of roles in anime, video games, and tokusatsu productions. One of her earlier prominent roles was as Mari Nikaido in the Kinnikuman franchise. She first voiced the character in the 1991-1992 series Kinnikuman: Kinnikusei Ōi Sōdatsu-hen and later returned to the role for Kinnikuman Nisei, also known as Ultimate Muscle, in the early 2000s. Another role from this period was as Hakuryu in the. During the 1990s, she also appeared in Marmalade Boy as Yayoi Takase and in The King of Braves GaoGaiGar as Akiko Hirata.

In the 2000s, Inoue became known for several recurring character roles. She voiced Mayumi Thyme in the anime adaptation of the visual novel Shuffle! and its subsequent sequel Shuffle! Memories. She also played Hikaru Sakuraba in the popular comedy series Lucky Star. Her work in video games includes voicing Marimo Jinguuji in the Muv-Luv series.

In addition to anime, Inoue has had a notable and long-running role in the Super Sentai tokusatsu franchise. Beginning in 2008, she provided the voice of the character Bear RV in Engine Sentai Go-onger. She reprised this role in multiple subsequent movies and crossover specials, including Samurai Sentai Shinkenger vs. Go-onger: GinmakuBang!! in 2010 and Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger in 2011. She returned to the character once again for a 10th-anniversary project in 2018.

Inoue is known to use the stage name Ayaka Minami for some of her work. She is also noted to be proficient in English.
