Kaori Mine is a Japanese voice actress born on January 23, 1979, in Tochigi Prefecture, Japan. Her birth name is Kaori Kase, with Mine being her maiden name. She began her path to a voice acting career in 1999 by entering the training school attached to Ezaki Production, the former name of the agency Mausu Promotion. In 2001, she furthered her studies at the Voice Actor Department of the Imaging Techno Academy. She made her professional debut in 2002 and officially joined Mausu Promotion, where she remained affiliated until May 31, 2013. Since then, she has worked as a freelance voice actress.

Mine has built a career with a wide range of roles in anime, video games, and foreign language dubbing. Some of her most recognized performances in anime include the role of Mitsue Shijou in Kamichu! and Chika Kayahara in Mujin Wakusei Survive. She also voiced Chika Kayahara in the series Uninhabited Planet Survive!. In the series Scarecrowman, she played the part of Alice's mother, Grace. Her other anime credits include roles in major franchises such as Ran in Naruto, a young Konan in Naruto Shippuden, Yoko D in Eureka Seven, and Ryoko Saeki in the anime adaptation of La Corda d'Oro Blue Sky. She also had roles in Hell Girl, Black Cat, and Kitaro's Graveyard: Ghost Train.

In addition to her work in anime, Mine has a significant body of work in dubbing foreign films and television series, a field known as fukikae in Japan. Her dubbing credits include providing the Japanese voice for Kristi Moore in 127 Hours, Melissa P. in Melissa P., and roles in television series such as Brothers & Sisters and The Good Wife. She also contributed to the Japanese-language version of the Chinese film series A Chinese Ghost Story.

A notable recurring role in her career is Sanae Torimi, the proprietor of the Genesis Café, in the Yamaha Motor Company's original net animation (ONA) series Master of Torque. She voiced this character across multiple installments of the series, including Master of Torque, Master of Torque 2, Master of Torque 3, and Master of Torque: Epilogue. Her involvement in the long-running Master of Torque project, which spanned from 2014 to 2016, demonstrates a consistent collaboration with the production.

Other recurring professional relationships are evident through her frequent appearances alongside fellow voice actors such as Seirou Ogino, Atsuko Enomoto, and Hirofumi Nojima, who have been her co-stars in multiple projects, particularly within the Master of Torque series. Beyond acting, Mine hosted a radio program related to the anime Kamichu! titled Omairi, Kamichu! on Osaka Radio from May to December 2005. She also co-hosted the program Matsuura Tomoe to Mine Kaori no CHIKA CHIKA Biyori from 2010 to 2011. Her personal interests include ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arranging, in which she holds a qualification in the Ikenobo school.
