Jeroen Keers is a Dutch voice actor known for his extensive work in the Dutch-language dubs of various anime series and films, particularly within the Pokémon franchise. His most prominent and long-standing role is providing the voice of the Narrator for the Pokémon anime series and many of its associated movies and specials.

Keers's voice can be heard as the Narrator across a significant portion of the Pokémon anime's run in the Netherlands. His credits for this role include the original Pokémon series, Pokémon Advance, Pokémon Diamond & Pearl, Pokémon Black & White, Pokémon XY, and Pokémon XY & Z. He also narrated numerous Pokémon films, from early releases like Pokémon: The First Movie and Pokémon 2000 - The Movie to later titles such as Pokémon: Zoroark: Master of Illusions and the movies featuring Victini, Kyurem, Genesect, Diancie, and Hoopa. His narration work extended to specials like Pokémon: The Mastermind of Mirage Pokémon, the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon specials Team Go-Getters Out of the Gate! and Explorers of Time and Darkness, and the film Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea. He is also credited as the voice of Verteller, the Dutch word for narrator, in the short films Pikachu and Pichu and Pikachu's Rescue Adventure.

Beyond his signature role as the Pokémon narrator, Keers has voiced characters in other notable anime series. In the series Dinosaur King, he voiced the character Seth. For the anime Bakugan Battle Brawlers: New Vestroia, he provided the voices for two characters, Percival and Wilda. His other anime voice work includes the role of Officer Collin in Go! Go! Itsutsugo Land and a guest role as Hopkins in an episode of the original Pokémon series. Outside of anime, his voice acting credits include the role of Narrator for the Dutch version of the series Simsalagrimm.
