Victor van Swaay is a Dutch voice actor known for his extensive work in the Dutch-language dubs of numerous anime series and films. His career is closely associated with the localization of major Japanese animated properties for audiences in the Netherlands.

His most prominent and recurring role is that of the Legendary Pokémon Mewtwo. He first voiced the character in the original Pokémon: The First Movie and has continued to portray Mewtwo across multiple productions, including the television special Mewtwo Returns and the 2019 CGI remake Mewtwo Strikes Back Evolution. This long-standing association has made him a defining voice for the character in Dutch.

Beyond Mewtwo, van Swaay's voice work within the Pokémon franchise is extensive. He has provided voices for a wide array of characters in various films and television series. His film credits include roles such as Entei and Spencer Hale in Pokémon 3: The Movie, a character named Banks in Pokémon: Lucario and the Mystery of Mew, Kyle in Pokémon Ranger and the Temple of the Sea, and Dace in Pokémon the Movie: Diancie and the Cocoon of Destruction. In the television series, he voiced the recurring character Don George in the Pokémon: Black and White series. He also took on the role of AZ in the animated web series Pokémon Generations.

His portfolio also features significant roles in other popular anime series dubbed into Dutch. He voiced the antagonist Dokter Z in Dinosaur King, the anti-hero Shadow the Hedgehog in Sonic X, and Umbra in Yu-Gi-Oh!. Additional credits include roles in Inazuma Eleven and MegaMan NT Warrior.

In addition to Japanese anime, van Swaay has been active in dubbing various Western animated series. His credits in this field include multiple roles in shows such as Mighty Ducks, Aladdin: The Series, and Goof Club, as well as voicing Raphael in Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, the character Bigwig in Waterschapsheuvel, and the Narrator in The Lion King's Timon & Pumbaa.
