Wataru Tsuyuzaki is a Japanese voice actor born on August 3 in Minamiaizu, Fukushima Prefecture, Japan. He is affiliated with the talent agency Kenyu Office. He stands 180 cm tall and weighs 73 kg, with blood type O. His listed special skills include playing the guitar, singing, dancing, and sword-drawing techniques, while his hobbies are watching soccer, cycling, and exploring ramen shops.

Tsuyuzaki began his career in the late 2010s, building a portfolio through numerous minor and supporting roles in popular anime series.
