Shiho Kawaragi, born April 29 in Tokyo, is a Japanese voice actress, singer, and narrator who performs under the alias Yua Yoshizawa for certain projects. She is affiliated with the talent agency Kenyuu Office. Her career in voice acting began in the 1990s, and she has also worked under the name Kaname Yuzuki. Her training includes time at the Katsuta Voice Actor School.

As Yua Yoshizawa, she is credited with the role of Hitomi Takami in the series Ane Haramix. Under her various stage names, her anime filmography includes Sekai Saionji in School Days, Mio Nishizono in Little Busters! and Kaginado, Rinka Hayami in Assassination Classroom, Megu Kakizaki in Rozen Maiden Träumend and Ouvertüre, Aki Aoi in Aki Sora, and Cheria Barnes in the video game Tales of Graces. She also provided the Japanese voice for Isabella Garcia-Shapiro in the animated series Phineas and Ferb.

Throughout her career, Kawaragi has engaged in recurring collaborations. She was a member of the musical unit Plume alongside voice actors Ai Mizuno and Aya Endo, with the group signing with the record label Lantis in 2007. She also participated in the unit Oeser Corps with several co-stars from the anime Fantastic Children. Her notable achievements include performing theme songs for several anime series, such as the opening and ending themes for Kakyuusei 2 and the ending theme for Oku-sama wa Joshi Kōsei.
