Abby Espiritu is a Los Angeles-based, Filipino-American voice actor known for her work in anime, video games, and animation. Her journey into voice acting began unexpectedly at the start of the COVID-19 pandemic after she lost her job, a turn of events that ultimately led to her establishing a career in the industry.

Espiritu has provided the English voice for several notable characters. She is the voice of Romin Kassidy, the lead female protagonist in the anime series Yu-Gi-Oh! SEVENS. In the Pokémon franchise, she voices Celestine, the skilled rival of the main character in the animated mini-series Pokémon: Path to the Peak, and she also provides the voice of the iconic Pikachu within that same series. Her video game credits include the fiery 8-bit creature Ajaw in the worldwide phenomenon Genshin Impact. Additional roles span a variety of projects, such as voicing Naya in the Disney Channel show Hamster & Gretel, Elegg in NIKKE, Poppy in Pokémon Masters EX, and Parthenia Blankenship in Fallout 76. Her work in anime also includes voices in Rurouni Kenshin, Re:Zero, The Grimm Variations, and the feature film The First Slam Dunk. Beyond traditional voice acting roles, she contributed the iconic "Hi Barbie!" and "Bye Barbie!" catchphrases heard throughout the Oscar-winning film Barbie.

In addition to her voice work, Espiritu is active in theatre, having performed at the Wisteria Theater and Nocturne Theater in Los Angeles. She is a graduate of Brown University, class of 2019.
