Caco Penna is a Brazilian voice actor, born Ricardo Penna Quintanilha on May 18, 1983, in São Paulo, where he is based for his work in dubbing. He began his career as an actor in 1996 and is also a locutor (announcer or voice-over artist).

Penna has built a substantial career dubbing anime, lending his voice to a wide variety of characters. Among his most recognized roles are those mentioned by the user: the intelligent and mysterious Rajdhani in the surreal series Sonny Boy, the enthusiastic Cap in Rumble Garanndoll, the legendary goalkeeper Genzō Wakabayashi in the 2018 version of Captain Tsubasa, and both the hero Native and the villain Tōya Setsuno, a member of the Shie Hassaikai, in the long-running series My Hero Academia.

Beyond these roles, his filmography includes significant characters in other major anime titles. He voices Takuya Muramatsu in Assassination Classroom and provides the second voice for Rōjūrō "Rose" Ōtoribashi in both the original Bleach and its sequel, Bleach: Thousand Year Blood War. He also voices Take Hirako in Tokyo Ghoul and its sequel Tokyo Ghoul: re, and he was the voice of the annoying examiner Tonpa in Hunter × Hunter (2011).

Penna's work is not limited to anime; he has also dubbed roles in live-action films and television series, including characters in Once Upon a Time and Game of Thrones.
