Dave Fennoy is an American voice actor with a career spanning over three decades, during which he has become a prominent and versatile figure in animation and video games. While his work is often associated with major Western video game titles, he has also contributed his voice to English dubs of anime productions.

Fennoy's path to voice acting began after a career as a professional musician and radio DJ in the San Francisco Bay Area. An interest in voiceover work led him to create a demo tape, which eventually resulted in him moving to Los Angeles in 1990 to pursue the profession full-time. One of his earliest roles in animation was as Dick Scott in the series New Kids on the Block in 1990, followed by voicing the athlete Bo Jackson in ProStars.
