Rafa Romero, born Rafael Romero Fernández in 1975, is a Spanish voice actor and ADR director known for his extensive work in dubbing animation and live-action content for the Spanish market. He is recognized for providing the European Spanish voice for a wide array of characters in anime, animated series, and feature films.

Romero's career includes notable contributions to the anime genre. He voices Colonel Kenneth Sleg in the European Spanish dub of the 2021 anime film Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway. In addition to this role, he also served as the ADR director and dialogue adapter for this Spanish version of the film. His other anime credits include providing the voice for the character Roman in the Pokémon anime and for Viktor in the acclaimed series Arcane.

Beyond anime, Romero has a substantial portfolio voicing characters in major Western animated productions. He is known as the Spanish voice of Rigby in Regular Show, Cuphead in The Cuphead Show!, and Bill Cipher in Gravity Falls. He has also lent his voice to characters in feature films such as Humpty Alexander Dumpty in Puss in Boots and Clank in the Tinker Bell film series.

A recurring and notable aspect of Romero's career is his frequent collaboration with his brother, fellow voice actor Guillermo Romero. The brothers have been cast together in multiple projects, most prominently as the voices of the Mario brothers. Rafa Romero voiced Luigi in the European Spanish dubs of both the 1993 live-action Super Mario Bros. film and the 2023 animated The Super Mario Bros. Movie, while his brother Guillermo voiced Mario in the latter.

Romero's voice work also extends to live-action series and video games. He has dubbed actors such as John Simm as the Master in Doctor Who, Gareth David-Lloyd as Ianto Jones in Torchwood, and Charlie Day in his various film roles. In the video game sector, he is the Spanish voice of the champion Akshan in League of Legends.
