Kōsuke Echigoya is a Japanese voice actor affiliated with the talent agency Stay Luck. He was born on February 26, 1980, in Aichi Prefecture, Japan. His career began after he graduated from the Amusement Media Academy in 2010, initially performing under the stage name Inchiki Echigoya before changing to his current name in 2016. Over the years, he has been associated with several agencies, including Tori Tori Office and Office PAC, before joining Stay Luck in February 2024.

Echigoya has built a career with numerous supporting roles in anime television series and films. In the 2021 animated film Mobile Suit Gundam: Hathaway, he voiced the character Minacce Questarghino. His role as Notrei in the 2019 magical girl series Star Twinkle Precure is another notable credit.
