Live Mukai is a Japanese voice actress and singer affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce. She was born in Tokyo on December 19, 1995. Her interest in becoming a voice actor was sparked by her love for anime, particularly series such as Gintama and Zatch Bell.

Mukai trained at the Amusement Media Academy, graduating from its Voice Acting Department in March 2016. Her professional career began after a successful showing at the 9th 81 Audition in 2015, where she received multiple honors including the Special Award, the Sammy Award, and the MiMi Award. She officially joined 81 Produce as a junior talent in April 2017.

Among her notable anime roles is Lavie in the multimedia franchise Lapis Re:LiGHTs, which includes both an anime television series and a video game adaptation. Her other voice credits in anime include supporting and guest roles in series such as Komi Can't Communicate, Shadowverse F, Wonder Egg Priority, The Yakuza's Guide to Babysitting, and Yuri Is My Job!.
