Hazuki Hoshino is a Japanese voice actress from Tokyo, born on August 22, 1995. She has been affiliated with the talent agency 81 Produce since April 1, 2017. Her path to becoming a voice actor was inspired by watching the anime The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya.

Hoshino's career encompasses a range of supporting roles in television anime. One of her early appearances was in 2017 with a small role in Angel's 3Piece!. She continued to build her resume with parts in series such as Aikatsu Friends!, Cardfight!! Vanguard, and Kaguya-sama: Love Is War in the late 2010s. The year 2020 was a notable one for her, as she voiced characters in several series, including Kiiryo (Yellowy) in Tower of God, a Bears Right Fielder in BNA, and a camera assistant in 22/7.

Her most prominent role to date is Emilia in the 2020 fantasy idol anime Lapis Re:LiGHTs. Emilia is the leader of the unit IV KLORE, a group of four within the larger cast of the multimedia franchise. The Lapis Re:LiGHTs project was first announced in 2018, with Hoshino attached to the role from the beginning as part of the project's core cast. She continued to secure roles in the early 2020s, appearing in series like Don't Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro and Alice Gear Aegis Expansion. Her most recent credit is a role in the 2024 remake of Ranma ½.
