Jennifer Barré, often credited as Jennifer Baré, is a Belgian voice actress primarily known for her extensive work in the French dubbing of anime and animated series. Based in Brussels, she trained at the Institut national supérieur des arts du spectacle (INSAS) in Brussels, graduating in 1998. Her career encompasses not only voice acting but also work as an artistic and dialogue director for numerous dubbed productions.

Barré has built a substantial portfolio of major voice roles in popular anime series. She is notably the French voice of Sonoko Suzuki in the long-running series Detective Conan, a role she has voiced for many years, including in the films Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet and Detective Conan: The Culprit Hanzawa. Another significant early role was as Haruka Suzumiya in the drama series Rumbling Hearts. Her repertoire also includes voicing Allen Walker in D.Gray-man, Miki in Shugo Chara, and several characters across the Naruto franchise, such as Ayame, Kin Tsuchi, and Yugito Nii. She has also taken on roles in Yu-Gi-Oh!, providing the voice for characters like Noah Kaiba and the Dark Magician Girl, as well as voicing Lockette in Winx Club and Ursula in Dinosaur King.

In addition to her on-screen roles, Barré has demonstrated recurring collaborations behind the scenes as a voice director. She served as the ADR director for the French versions of series such as Cyborg 009 The Cyborg Soldier and Rumbling Hearts, and contributed as an insert song performer for Mermaid Melody: Pichi Pichi Pitch. Her work as an artistic director extends beyond animation to include live-action series like Torchwood, Life on Mars, and Violetta.
