Saya Shinomiya is a Japanese female voice actor born on November 13 in Chiba Prefecture, Japan. She is affiliated with the talent agency CARROT HOUSE and has blood type O. Her career began in 2011 when she made her debut providing the voice for a character in the video game Rewrite.
