Klaus-Peter Grap is a German actor and voice actor born in Berlin on November 22, 1958. He is primarily known for his extensive work in dubbing, providing the German voice for numerous characters in animated series and films, particularly in the anime genre.

Grap is most recognized for his long-standing role as the voice of Togusa in the German-language versions of the Ghost in the Shell franchise. He has lent his voice to this character across multiple productions, including the films Ghost in the Shell 2: Innocence, Ghost in the Shell: The New Movie, and a new dub of the original Ghost in the Shell film.
