Jarke has lent her voice to a wide array of characters across many popular series and films. Her work is characterized by its range, covering live-action and animated productions. One notable example of her work in anime is providing the German voice for the character Dr. Clown in the 2019 Netflix series Levius. In the original Japanese version, the character was voiced by Mamoru Miyano. Beyond this role, her dubbing credits are extensive and varied. She is the German voice of Ashton Kutcher's character, Colt Bennett, in the series The Ranch. She also dubbed Laverne Cox as Kacey Duke in Inventing Anna and as Sophia Burset in Orange Is the New Black. In addition to her work as a voice actor, Jarke also works behind the scenes as a synchronization director and dialogue writer, roles in which she guides other actors and adapts scripts for German audiences. A significant public achievement came in December 2020, when she became the official voice of the Berliner Verkehrsbetriebe (BVG), the public transport system in Berlin. She recorded announcements for over 4,500 stations and stops for buses, trams, and subways. This role involved a unique project where she spoke over 15,000 nonsensical sentences to train an artificial intelligence to generate her voice for future, unrecorded announcements.
