Mai Le is an American voice actor and stage performer based in Houston, Texas, known for her work in English dubs of anime productions by Sentai Filmworks. Her journey into the performance arts began at the age of thirteen, and she later earned a Bachelor of Arts from Stephen F. Austin State University's School of Theatre in 2013.

In the realm of anime voice acting, Le is recognized for providing the English voice of Rei in the third season of the series Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?. She is also known for her role as Aya Maruyama, the leader and vocalist of the band Pastel✽Palettes, in the English adaptation of the popular multimedia franchise BanG Dream! beginning with its second season. Her voice work extends into video games dubbed by Sentai Filmworks as well.

Alongside her voice acting career, Mai Le is an accomplished stage actress. She has performed at notable theaters including the Alley Theatre, the ZACH Theatre, and Stages. Her stage work earned her recognition in the Houston Press article Houston's Up and Coming Actors 2019. A significant achievement in her theater career came in 2024 when she won the Houston Theater Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the world premiere of The World Is Not Silent at the Alley Theatre. She also co-wrote the original play Song of Me, which premiered at Stages Theatre in 2022. Beyond acting, her creative contributions include writing sketch comedy and working as a screenwriter for the Meow Wolf exhibit Radio Tave in Houston.
