Hikaru Iida is a Japanese voice actress from Fukuoka Prefecture, born on August 28. She is affiliated with the agency Raccoon Dog. Her blood type is A, and she stands at 154 cm tall. Her nickname is Pikarun.

Iida graduated from the Pro-Fit Voice Actor Training School. Her path to a professional career was marked by early recognition when she won the runner-up prize at the Voice Actor Stadium 2017 competition. She officially began her voice acting career in August 2019 after joining the agency Pro-Fit as a trainee. Following the closure of Pro-Fit's management operations at the end of March 2022, she transferred to the newly established agency Raccoon Dog in April of the same year.

Her debut in an anime role came in October 2019 with the short animated series Tenka Hyakken: Welcome to Meiji Hall!, where she voiced the character Toshi Masamune. This project also marked her first involvement in a voice actor unit, as she became a member of the Houchou San Shimai (Kitchen Knife Three Sisters) group formed from the show's cast. For several years following her debut, she gained experience by voicing various supporting characters in a wide range of anime television series. Some of these roles included a child in Backflip!!, a host in Remake Our Life!, Anke in Saving 80,000 Gold in Another World for My Retirement, Mami in Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie, and Endo Tomoko in The Vexations of a Shut-In Vampire Princess.

A significant milestone in her career arrived in 2024 when she landed her first leading role in a television anime as the character Yokoya Riko in the series You Are Ms. Servant. This role brought her greater prominence and visibility within the industry.

Her game credits are particularly noteworthy and include Fujita Kotone in Gakuen Idolmaster, a role considered one of her early representatives. She has also voiced characters in long-running and popular games such as the Conte di Cavour and Tamahami in Kantai Collection (Fleet Collection), Galina and Shimazu Toyohisa in Monster Strike, Wakatsuki in Azur Lane, Yumigari Miyuri in Magia Record: Puella Magi Madoka Magica Side Story, and Tita Russell in the remake The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky the 1st.
